Free trial
The standard signup trial lasts seven days and starts with ten trial credits. The onboarding page states that no card is required.
During the trial
You can complete onboarding and deploy an initial workload, but many operational controls require a paid runtime-credit state. See Trial restrictions.
The GitHub push handler currently limits trial users to two processed push events per day.
When the trial ends
When the trial expires, trial workloads are stopped or restricted by the billing lifecycle unless the account has moved to an eligible paid-credit state. The dashboard then directs the user toward a credit purchase or other available recovery action.
Do not depend on a trial environment as durable production hosting.
Trial extension
The backend supports an extension flow. When the extension is offered and accepted, it:
- Starts a new extended-trial period.
- Sets the end time to ten days from extension.
- Resets available trial credits to ten.
- Clears the expired state.
Extension eligibility and presentation depend on the current account lifecycle.
