Agent does not start

• Confirm repository authorization still exists.
• Confirm the branch exists.
• Review the session error and failure phase.
• Retry only through the supported restart action.

Build fails

• Read the first actionable Build Logs error.
• Check root directory and dependency file.
• Check pre-build, post-build, and Procfile commands.
• Check Dockerfile and port configuration.
• Add missing user-owned variables or dependencies.
• Review Kuberns Fixes.

Service starts but is unreachable

• Confirm the application listens on the configured port and on 0.0.0.0.
• Review service Logs.
• Check resource state and available credits.
• Confirm the deployment completed.

Domain remains pending

• Confirm CNAME or A-record values.
• Remove conflicting DNS records.
• Wait for propagation.
• Keep DNS pointing to Kuberns while SSL validation runs.

Resource operation is disabled

• Check trial restrictions.
• Check runtime-credit and data-transfer balance.
• Check whether another scale, topology, or lifecycle operation is active.
• Confirm your team role permits the action.
