Migrate from Railway

For each Railway service, record:

• Source repository and branch.
• Root directory.
• Build and start commands.
• Variables and generated connection values.
• Databases and persistent volumes.
• Public domains and internal service dependencies.

Create a Kuberns project and map each application process or data service to an appropriate service or resource. Recreate variables with the new Kuberns endpoints rather than copying provider-internal hostnames.

Validate service-to-service connections before switching public DNS.
