Runtime credits and bundles

Runtime credits pay for the resources your environments keep running. One credit is one dollar of runtime.

You are charged for runtime only. Your burn rate depends on which resources are attached to an environment and how long they stay running.

How a bundle is priced

A bundle is priced from your own burn rate multiplied by the length of the bundle. Because the figure is calculated from the resources on your account, two accounts rarely see the same amount, and your own amount changes when you add, remove, or scale a resource.

Always use the amount your dashboard shows. Do not reuse a figure from another account, an older screenshot, or a support thread.

The smallest bundle Kuberns sells is $5.

Available bundles

12 months	Twelve months at your current burn rate

Longer bundles carry a better rate. The credits added to your wallet are the full value of the runtime you are buying, while the amount charged is lower — that difference is your saving, and it grows with the length of the bundle. The dashboard shows both figures before you pay.

Entering your own amount

You can type an amount instead of selecting a bundle. Kuberns matches what you enter to the longest bundle that amount covers and applies that bundle's rate.

An amount below the one-month figure is still accepted. It simply does not qualify for a bundle rate.

Taxes are calculated at checkout.

Once you are on paid runtime, your runtime spending also earns milestone rewards.
